functionality :(

emails are saved in the Cyrus IMAPd of your Kolab Server.
You could use any client or a script which does this periodic operation
via IMAP. (So you can search for imap script or Cyrus hints how to do this.)

Primarily English, though we are okay with posts in other languages.
There is a new list for German speaking Kolab users, at

I think that looking for something equivalent to ipurge, but providing
move instead of deletion.

http://linuxcommand.org/man_pages/ipurge8.html

ipurge is provided by Cyrus, and is very usefull for mailboxes/folders
containing newsletters/mailing list for example. It only permit deletion
but maybe someone has made an ipurge-like for moving mails :-)

Regards,

Lionel.

You could use imapsync, it has a "delete after copy" option you could
use to move your emails. Just set the the source and target the same mailbox
but referring a different folder. You have option "minage" than can do
the trick for the
3hours, but you have to modify the source to change the unit from days
to hours !

Put the command in your cron, thats it !

Ops, maybe just using floating point is enough !
Then maybe 0.125 could do the trick ?
